Veteran owned, veteran service Sports League

Hi everyone, I am currently serving in the US military and (with a group of about 15 other current military members) am starting a veteran operated/owned sports league (just powerlifting for right now, later strongman, bodybuilding and MMA) specifically targeting veterans and those currently serving in the military. I myself suffer from PTSD and many other service related injuries after having deployed 4 times over my career and I'm trying to provide something for veterans that gives them new goals to strive for as they achieve new personal records, while building a family style community around an event. This will be a for profit organization (and we expect to be breaking even/profitable within 3-6 months after startup) but I will be donating a portion of the profits after every event to non-profit veterans causes. My rental fees for facility use go straight to military family readiness groups as they are the ones hosting the events. Lastly, the events themselves will mostly be using members of the National Guard as paid staff, so I will be assisting those that help us during times of crisis right here in our homes.

After we expand our base and refine the brand with current military members, we plan to expand to the rest of the community and add several other sports into the league while still staying true to our roots by increasing awareness of PTSD, serving military members and their families and hosting events in their own backyards.

The money we raise here will be put towards purchasing of the remaining equipment we need and finalizing our website for launch. I know we probably won't meet our total goal, but even a single dollar counts. I am also open to equity investments, contact me directly if interested.
