Campaign Story
There are more people in slavery today than any other time in history. Help us change that.
Hi! We are The Girly Pops and we are participating in the 24 Hour Race to campaign against Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, as a Running To Stop The Traffik (RTSTT) initiative. From 9am on the 25th of March to 9am on the 26th of March we will be running non stop; pushing ourselves mentally and physically to help those in need.
So what are we fundraising for?
This year RTSTT will be collaborating with anti-trafficking organisation A21 to rebuild a child advocacy centre in Pattaya, Thailand.
As well as helping A21 to build a safe environment where child victims of trafficking and sexual exploitation are able to speak to forensically trained interviewers about the trauma they have experienced, your donation will also help RTSTT work towards empowering youth through workshops on leadership, ethical business and professional etiquette, selective student leadership programmes, and project building competitions.
With your support, your donation allows us to create a generation that are informed, passionate, and motivated to end modern slavery.
