Hello everyone and welcome to our world! Through the following text accompanied by many beautiful pictures and videos, we will try to show you what we imagined. We'll try to achieve everything we have been feeling for a very long time, for all of our like-minded people and any other people who would like to join and indulge in the call of nature.

But firstly, let us introduce ourselves. We are Valentina and Marin and going in about ten years back we wanted to turn our lives towards nature, create a bigger challenge for us and an escape from the everyday life that everyone lives nowadays. That was that call of nature for us.

In 2013, we bought our first horse, the Condor foal. Having this beautiful creature, we decided to build a barn that would be a warm and safe place for him to stay in.

In the following photos you can see how the process of barn construction went.

Recognizing the potential that was born from that, we decided to establish "Ranch Čargonja".

In 2018, as Ranch Čargonja, we organized several days of riding for 10 riders, with both our and their horses, all the way through the beautiful Gorski kotar. We visited Platak, Risnjak National Park, Fužine, Lake Bajer and took forest paths towards the town of Roswell.

Roswell is a small cowboy town made for the purpose of shooting a film trilogy about the Winnetou chief. It is located in the heart of Gorski kotar in the Špičunak valley, between Vrata and Lokve. This beautiful valley which is 5 km away from the village, is occupied by wooden scenery that was used for filming purposes.

Over time, the scenery is being repurposed for tourist purposes. Recognizing again the great potential and opportunity for our further development, we sent an inquiry to the Municipality of Fužine about the additional content of Roswell which they accepted. So today in Roswell you can find: horseback riding, archery, Winchester rifle shooting and all the other activities you can associate with Western.

The year 2019 was a great turning point for our lives. We decided to take a huge step. We decided to move to this town and along with our animals try to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere for all our visitors.

A year later, as the only residents of Roswell in cooperation with the Municipality of Fužine, we were recognized by visitors which just motivated us further to do something we strive for from the very beginning. Our desire was to enable people to feel the power of nature and experience the best out of it.

With the story of the construction of Roswell, we decided to buy a beautiful plot of 10,000 square meters near it. The plan is to build an Indian settlement on it with real Indian tents in which it would be possible to accommodate families and individuals. In addition to the possibility of accommodation, we would build a garden in 3,000 square meters where the food would be grown only in natural ways and in accordance with natural laws which would enable the best quality food.

We must also mention that in this area there is a natural source of water at approximately 800 meters above sea level, which abounds in top quality water. That is crucial for the development of a culture like this one.

In addition to spending the night in tents, with a gastronomic offer prepared by professional chefs, we would also provide the opportunity to volunteer in the maintenance of the garden, horses and other accompanying items. Foods from our garden would be used to prepare meals in a completely natural way.

On the already mentioned terrain we would build a restaurant with a kitchen and a stable for 12 horses. With our 6 horses: Hugo, Dakota, Condor, Misty, Fleka and Murky; we would leave some space and rooms for passers-by or people who would like to keep their horses in such a natural environment.

With the realization of the already mentioned stuff above, there is also the possibility of introducing various activities, workshops and courses with expert guidance so you can learn about navigating nature, biodiversity of wild plants, horse riding school, seminars on Vedic agriculture and so on. Among all the fun activities for the youngest, you can also find various cowboy competitions, Indian games of archery, throwing hair or horseshoes, jumping in sacks, etc.

All of this would be complemented by content from the already mentioned Roswell. From sightseeing of the original film set, horseback riding, various interesting content, horseback riding and riding school, content for children to refreshments in the Saloon.

In the full realization of the plan and our desire, we enable volunteer work for 4 hours a day in terms of horses, stables, garden and other things, both for individuals and for the group. On that occasion, it offers free accommodation in Indian tents and a daily offer of food based on natural and completely ecological ingredients and its preparation.

We look forward to sharing our story with you and bringing our ideas and goals closer to you. This is important to us because of achieving a common, higher and better goal.

Pozdrav i dobrodošli u naš svijet. Kroz sljedeći tekst popraćen slikama i videima pokušat ćemo Vam dočarati ono što smo zamislili. Pokušat ćemo ostvariti sve ono što osjećamo već duže vremena, za sve naše istomišljenike te i druge ljude koji bi se htjeli pridružiti i prepustiti zovu prirode.

Mi, Valentina i Marin, desetak godina unazad, odlučili smo da svoj život želimo okrenuti ka prirodi, nekom većem izazovu i bijegom od svakodnevnice koju svi žive. To je bio taj zov prirode.

Godine 2013. kupujemo svog prvog konja, ždrijebe Kondora. Imajući to pprekrasno stvorenje, odlučili smo se za gradnju staje koja bi mu bila toplo i sigurno boravište.

Prepoznavši potencijal koji se iz toga rodio, odlučili smo osnovati „Ranch Čargonja“.

Godine 2018. kao Ranch Čargonja organiziramo višednevno jahanje 10 jahača, s našim i njihovim konjima, kroz prekrasan Gorski kotar. Posjećujemo Platak, nacionalni park Risnjak, Fužine, jezero Bajer te se šumskim putovima krećemo prema gradiću Roswellu.

Roswell je mali kaubojski gradić napravljen za potrebe snimanja filmske trilogije o poglavici Winnetou-a. Smješten je u samo srce Gorskog kotara u dolini Špičunak, između Vrata i Lokava. Tu prekrasnu dolinu, koja je udaljena 5 km od naselja, zauzimaju drvene kulise koje su služile za potrebe snimanja filmova.

Vremenom se kulise prenamjenjuju za turističke svrhe. Vidjevši ponovno veliki potencijal i priliku za naš daljnji razvoj, šaljemo upit Općini Fužine oko dodatnog sadržaja Roswella, što oni prihvaćaju. Tako se danas u Roswellu može pronaći: jahanje, gađanje lukom i strijelom, pucanje iz Winnchesterove puške, te sve ostale aktivnosti koje možete povezati uz Western.

2019. godina je bila velika prekretnica za naše živote. Odlučili smo se za veliki korak. Zajedno sa životinjama dolazimo živjeti u taj gradić te u njemu pokušavamo napraviti toplu i ugodnu atmosferu svim posjetiteljima.

Godinu dana kasnije, kao jedini stanovnici Roswella u suradnji s Općinom Fužine, prepoznati smo od strane posjetitelja te nas to dodatno motivira da napravimo nešto čemu težimo od samog početka. Želja nam je bila omogućiti ljudima da osjete moć prirode i uz nju dožive ono najbolje.

Uz priču o Roswell gradiću, odlučujemo kupiti prekrasni teren veličine 10.000 metara kvadratnih u njegovoj blizini. Plan je izgraditi na njemu indijansko naselje sa pravim indijanskim šatorima u kojima bi bio moguć smještaj obitelji i pojedinaca. Uz mogućnost smještaja bio bi napravljen i vrtveličine 3.000 metara kvadratnih gdje bi se uzgajalo samo na prirodan način (tzv. Vedska poljoprivreda). U skladu sa zakonima prirode te bi na taj način omogućili vrhunsku kvalitetu namirnica.

Moramo još spomenuti kako kako na tom prostoru postoji prirodni izvor vode na približno 800 metara nadmorske visine, koji obiluje vrhunskom kvalitetom vode. Ona je od presudne važnosti za razvoj takve kulture.

Uz noćenje u šatorima, bio gastro ponudom pripremljenu od strane profesionalnih kuhara, pružili bismo i mogućnost volontiranja u održavanju vrta, konja te ostalih popratnih stvari. Namirnice iz našeg vrta koristile bi se za pripremu jela na potpuno prirodan način.

Na spomenutom terenu sagradili bismo i restoran sa kuhinjom te staju za 12 konja. Uz svojih 6 konja: Hugo, Dakota, Kondor, Misty, Fleka i Murky; ostavili bismo prostora za jahače u prolazu ili ljude koji bi svoje konje voljeli držati u takvom, prirodnom okruženju.

Realizacijom spomenutog, također postoji mogućnost uvođenja različitih aktivnosti, radionica te tečajeva uz stručno vodstvo. Tako možete učiti o snalaženju u prirodi, bio raznolikosti samoniklog bilja, školi jahanja konja, seminarima o vedskoj poljoprivredi. Od zabavnih aktivnosti za najmlađe, tu se mogu pronaći i razna natjecanja kauboja, indijanske igre gađanja lukom i strijelom, bacanje lasa ili potkova, skakanje u vrećama i dr.

Sve to upotpunio bi sadržaj iz već spomenutog Roswella. Od razgledavanja originalnog filmskog seta, jahanja, raznog zanimljivog sadržaja, jahanja i škole jahanja, sadržaja za djecu do okrjepe u Saloonu.

U potpunoj realizaciji plana i želja omogućujemo volonterski rad na 4 sata dnevno u pogledu konja, staje, vrta i drugih stvari, kako za pojedince tako i za skupinu. Tom prilikom nudi se besplatan smještaj u indijanskim šatorima te dnevna ponuda hrane bazirana na prirodnim i potpuno ekološkim sastojcima te njezinu pripremu.

Veselimo se što smo našu priču uspjeli podijeliti s vama i tako vam približiti naše ideje i ciljeve. Ovo nam je važno zbog postizanja zajedničkog, višeg i boljeg cilja.
