Nisantasi Cat Park

Nisantasi Park in Istanbul is home to many beautiful stray cats and kittens.

My name is Pegah and I am new to Istanbul but am now a frequent visitor to this magical park. I have met, fed, hugged, and cuddled with many of these beautiful creatures.

But, it's not always a happy story - many of these cats get sick, have babies, and even get abused (by people and by their fellow feline buddies).

On the flip side, today as I met a blind kitten and went back to feed him, I came across a wonderful human being called Sebil; Sebil has been helping these beautiful stray cats for the past 4 years - creating a cat nursery (to keep the little ones safe), feeding them, putting out fresh water, and taking the sick ones to the hospital for treatments. I came to understand she does most of these out of her own pocket.

I need your help in raising money so I can get food, water, blankets and medicine for these beautiful cats and kittens.
