Campaign Story
I am a disabled 50+ year old woman out of work for 10 years (formerly a Director of Technology) who has decided I want to make a difference and contribute something big. I will be leaving February 14 for an 8 week mission helping build schools in South Asia through IVHQ Volunteer program. This opportunity costs:
$175 for the program fee
$345 registration fee
$100 for Visa and background check
$1200 for airfare
It will also cost approximately 600-1000 in spending money and for care for my pet while away.
I am on a fixed income...Social Security Disability..so any assistance would be unbelievably appreciated.
