Need Financial Help

I had a financial set back, My wife went to NY to see her father who is suffering from prostate cancer and was told that is no further treatment for him. So she wanted to see him. That was from June-Aug '18..and during that time I had to send her money, which caused me to pay some bills and not others Now in Aug My mother-in-law decided to move out so she did not pay the rent. It was set up that she pay the rent and I pay the bills. I still owe $1400 for that.. my electric bill is $500..I still have to get caught up on other bills. I only live on my VA Disability/Pension and that was getting us by.. Please if you can help... Thank You God Bless
