Lil Momma’s Care

I know that every day people are finding out they are diabetics.  They know not what to do.  I want to be able to help them.  I know it is hard sometimes to buy testing supplies and to keep track of what your blood sugar is.   Lil Momma's care is an organization that will help people who are diabetics, and those who may become diabetics.  We want to be able to provide healthy meals for them and have make enough food that they can take home and have it for later.  We will also have goods if they need it.  Like clothing and blankets etc.  We are hoping get some help in getting this project started.  Thanks to everyone who helps out.
