Kidney Transplant for Amina T. Nakafero

Dear sir/ madam,

I salute you.

My names are Annette N. Kaaya, I am here to kindly request you to

please donate /fund to save Amina - my niece’s life.

Amina T. Nakafero is a Ugandan, 33 year old, an orphan and a single mother of two

children all below ten years.

Amina was diagnosed with stage four Kidney failure and currently

she`s on dialysis twice a week! The nephrologist doctors

recommended kidney transplant as soon as possible, unfortunately

kidney transplant cannot be done in Uganda as Uganda has no

facilities for this case.

Therefore Amina (the recipient), her sister (the donor) and a one

health carer have to be air lifted from Uganda to India for kidney

transplant to take place.

I have been unable to raise the total cost of nineteen thousand seven

hundred twenty euros ( €19,720) to save Amina`s life. I therefore

kindly appeal to you to please donate/fund and any form of support

towards Amina`s kidney transplant is highly appreciated.
