I dream of animation…and now I have the chance to acheive it!

Animation has always been my dream!

Now, I have the opportunity to make that dream a reality, as I have been accepted into the Los Angeles Film School!

I am crazy excited, but I also need help with funding.

A little about my background:

I grew up living with my grandmother until the end of middle school (8th grade) when I was taken into foster care. I wasn't in foster care for very long (a few months) before my father got custody of me. However, it was in foster care that my dreams of animation got their start.

After my father got custody of me, I really started pursuing this dream by drawing as often as possible. However, due to...unfortunate circumstances....I moved out the first chance I got as soon as I turned 18, in order to get myself away from said unfortunate circumstances.

I continued to draw, of course, but it has been hard for me, as I never truly had a stable home. I was living with friend's parents, significant others' families, etc. (and currently I am living with my current boyfriend's family, who have been incredibly supportive of me.)

What I need:

My boyfriend's family has been supportive, but it's not like they can do it all (he is also going to school, so they are doing as much as they can for both of us.)

The money I receive from donations will go towards various things that are, ultimately, to help in my school endeavors. Such as

~Credit card payments so my card doesn't get a charge off and ruin my credit (i need credit because there are NO DORMS at my school, so I have to be able to get an apartment.)

~Pay off old medical bills that are affecting my credit for same reason listed above

~Pay off my department of education overpayment from when I initially tried going to school during those unfortunate circumstances (paying on this is the only way I can receive grants/loans for school, and I'm nearly finished paying it off, just need a little more.)

~Paying for supplies needed for school

~Paying for basic living necessities

~Paying any school fees that I may not have enough for with grants/loans alone

~Helping towards rent in case of unfortunate circumstances (remember, there are NO DORMS at my school, so an apartment is a necessity.)

I very much appreciate any and all donations!

I also have the option of art commissions (sketches and inked drawings only, as I currently have no coloring supplies, just my pencils and pens.)
