Help with IVF

My name is Ashley, I'm 28 years old, I'm lookingfor some help. I recently had to have my fallopion tubes removed. I had Hydrosulphix. This is where your tubes swell and hold fluid. I went to my doctor and we decided to try and drain the fluid. But it didnt work the tubes were way to damanged. So they had to be removed. Me and my fiance have been trying to have a child for a few years before we found out about this. Now the only waywe can have children is an IVF. And we have been trying to find some help with it.
