Help to provide medical Supplies for Dixcove Hospital in Busua, Ghana

On June 3rd this year, I will be travelling to Busua, Ghana to volunteer at Dixcove Government Hospital for 4 weeks. The hospitals in Ghana are extremely under-staffed and have an critical lack of basic resources, meaning that people living there have an average life expectancy of 65 years old...

The hospital I will be volunteering at is crying out for supplies and so I would really like to take a small suitcase-worth of basic medical equipment with me when I go. I am funding the cost of this trip myself, so I would really appreciate any donations to help me achieve this!

Any donations given will help to buy supplies such as:

- PPE (facemasks, gloves, aprons & shoe covers)

- Diagnostic equipment (urine testing strips, pulse oximeters, stethoscopes, BP monitors, thermometers)

- Sterile dressings, gauze, hand sanitiser and antiseptic wipes
