Help me smile again

Im hoping to raise money and feel rather selfish because it is for personal causes.

i had a accident when i was small which unfortunately permanently damaged my teeth and due to a horrible childhood i never received treatment.

unfortunatley it is something that affects me really badly not being able to smile and being incredibly self conscious is affecting many aspects of my life now as an adult and i am desperate to get it fixed but the only way i can do that is to have permanent false teeth fitted and with young children to provide for firstly this wont be possible without a bit of help.
