We are running a language school in Budapest but now unfortunately we are facing a problem. The landlord wants to sell the place where we have our office and our classrooms. We started the business 3 years ago and we cannot afford now to buy the whole place. We tried to have bank loan but unfortunately they won't lend us this much.
