Ghana project, water cleaners and filters buying

I promised one of my friends who work on charity that I would give him 12000 Euro for Ghana project to install water purifiers and water cleaner filters in the including Ga Mashie, James Town, Chorkor and Nimathe most high poverty communities in the region, where people use rainwater and cook it that is full of bacteria, viruses. My goal is that, on the money buy water cleaners and filters, what is slove the clean water problem for 5 years in these area.
