Gastric Sleeve

I am trying to raise money to get gastric sleeve surgery done for myself. I know this might sound selfish but please let me tell my story first before you decide that I am being selfish. I am a 35 year old man and my wife and I have 3 children ages 10, 6, and 4.  I weigh 425 pounds with a BMI of 57.6, which a normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9.  I have always been fat, and yes I have tried every diet out there from weight watchers to the military diet and nothing works. My health has steadily declined in the last few years but really bad the last two years have been bad. I'm December 2012, I had to have a trach placed because my sleep apnea was so bad the machine didn't work anymore. The sleep study said I stopped breathing 106 times per hour.  Anyway, in January 2013, I had a stroke because of my weight and high blood pressure. I am now disabled from it. I have seizures and memory problems now. I have tried for 3 plus years to get insurance to help pay for this surgery but they refused but they would pay for the blood pressure meds and heart attacks and everything else but the one thing to solve everything else. After my stroke medicaid was going to pay for it but after the first of the year they stopped covering it.  Please consider helping me out with this...anything you give will be greatly appreciated.
