Crew’s smile

this past year my 17 year old son, Crew, slipped and fell on his face and lost his 3 front teeth. He needs to have 3 implants, 3 crowns and 1 bone graft. he currently wears a retainer with teeth fixed to it.  If he want to eat this has to come out so needless to say eating in public doesn't happen much. He has state funded dental insurance which considers this "cosmetic" treatment and therefore won't pay any of it. The current estimate sits at about $15,000 for everything. We are so distraught and our son doesn't smile like he used to. He is very self consciou. Please help us give our son back his confidence and his beautiful smile.
