Zia-Behzad Memorial Foundation

Hello Everyone,

Two members we're abruptly taken from our family on October 15th of this year due to the neglegance of an underage driver. Mohammed Zia and Ali Behzad we're driving home from a short coffee run on the night of October 14th in Edison, NJ when tragedy struck within minutes from their home. A vehicle traveling at high speeds driven by an underage driver, looking to commit suicide, shifted into the oncoming lane. The had very little time for them to react and it caused a high-speed, head-on collision and granted that intersection as the final resting place for all three involved in the accident. Mohammed Zia leaves behind his wife and four children, and Ali Behzad, three children of his own. In spite of all that has happened, we do wish the family of the teen, who took his own life as well as the two dear members of our family, strength during this difficult time and we advise all those reading this to keep your loved ones close.
