Two years ago I built an event center that provided aspiring (youth/ artists) a opportuntity to get exposure to visitors well connected in the music industry. Also, this facility was utilized to provide free memorials to unfortunate families with sudden deaths, health clinic workshops for the community's obesity issues, a multi-cultural social, and a place where youth can come to learn proper social behavior. The venue presented a space for other arts' showcases such as poetry, paintings, and etc. After two years of hard work to cut down cost on overhead; the city has zoned my venue area which resulted to me discontinuing my activities as an event center. In order for the venue to function I now have to classify as a restuarant to meet city requirements in which I have done so. As a restaurant I will like to utilize profits to promote the same causes towards youth through a financial means. I have purchased a utility sink, grease trap, and a double deep fryer thus far. The cost for other kitchen equipment, renovations, and labor is estimated to be $70,000. Any, and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.
