Bitter sweet dream and desires of a young mom. Wanted so much to conceive. After birth of baby waiting 8 years, diagnosed with severe heart failure. In dire need of a heart transplant. Raising funda for pre op as well as post surgery as medical aid is not covering for everything. Join our facebook page tracking her illness ups and downs.
