I started doing yoga regularly over a year ago thanks to the help of some online deals. I've found more balance than I've ever had-both mentally and physically. And bonus-no more walking into things and developing mysterious bruises! During a practice or class it's my time to think about nothing other than what I'm doing in that moment. Most of the time that involves concentrating on not falling over, but that time is a time for me is the mental break that everyone needs. I feel off if I don't get to a class at least once a week.
This is one of the only things I can remember wanting with my whole heart.
I want to be able to develop a practice that I can do anywhere. Equally as important is the idea that I can help others. I have friends and family who say "You do yoga, my _________ has been bothering me-any suggestions?". I want to have the tools to help them. Eventually I want to gain the courage and confidence to teach others in a class.
The tuition for the course I'd like to attend at the YogaLife Institute in Devon is $2,500. So instead of taking on more debt I'm asking for help. Even if it's $5, it's a drop in the bucket and much appreciated.
