My name is Catalin Vintu and I am the Founder and CEO of a group of companies from Romania, Europe, which includes Xonio Pharmaceuticals. I represent this pharmaceutical company as Managing Director. Please be open to a discussion, as I intend to develop and extend operations worldwide, starting with the United States of America.Long story short: I have 3 products. All with original recipe, created from 0. You have the short description in the document. We could target any country in the world, the products having all the regulations and tests up to date.Monetization: I could very easily work with equity share. I can build more factories if required to complete orders. The profit margins are huge (due to the fact that the products are own created and the production costs in Romania are very low). For example: 1 liter of the classic Betadine is sold in Romania at about 80EUR/liter. My selling price is about 6EUR/liter and I still have a net profit range of 4,5 - 5EUR/liter. So you can imagine that we can raise the selling price maybe up to 50EUR/liter and still be competitive, with a huge profit range.Ex: 2 factories -> 90tons/month -> net profit share range of 200,000$/month (or even more if we raise the selling prices). Imagine what we can do with only 4 more factories (we can make even 1,000,000$ net profit/month).Further, you will find some basic questions and answer, that will help you understand more the situation.
1. What are the applications of the 3 products you have right now?
-> The applications for the products are only external use, and
pre- and intra- surgery
-> the products are sold in hospitals, clinics and some specific stores
(and drug stores)
2. What is the production quantity currently and where are they being
distributed?
-> we own 2 factories in Romania, that can produce a maximum capacity
(cumulative on the 3 products) of about 90 tons/month (with a ± of
several tons depending on the product and its packing form. But this is
no problem for us. We can develop new factory facilities very fast, to
increase our production capabilities, BUT of course, if we have to cover
orders.
-> the products are currently distributed only in Romania, due to the
fact that the previous owner did not had the proper abilities to develop
this great business (I on the other hand have a bachelor degree in
Management and a master's degree in Marketing and Business
Communication, so I have different perspectives) and therefor I am
trying to push these products in the market as far as possible.
-> this maximum capacity in this moment can be translated into money at
about 200.000$/month NET profit share. So imagine what we can do if we
have orders and increase the factories capacities.
3. What is the target market for your products?
-> target markets are USA, Europe, Asia,
Middle East etc
-> specific target markets are
• Professional: specialized laboratories, where biological tests are
being held, microbiological investigations, mycological, public clinics
and medical centers, private clinics and medical centers, dental care
clinics/work shops, medical care centers, drug stores (pharmacies)
• Industrial: production units where the risk of contamination is high
for the finished products, such as: bakery, confectionery, refrigeration
and freezing cold space
• Population: schools, kindergartens, retirement homes, railway
stations, waiting rooms, airports, first aid kits (e.g: such for cars,
or for inside educational facilities (school, colleges etc) and for
government facilities)
4. What sort of funding would you require to establish global operations?
-> I estimate a value between 1,000,000 - 1,500,000EUR for all 3 products.
5. What kind of departments you have now?
-> this business is basically a start up, so the only departments right
now are the Production department (production, labeling and
distribution) and the Management department (ME, with everything:
management, marketing, networking etc etc etc ...I am practically an
"one man show"). I do not know If I mentioned it but I am in this
specific business for a short period of time and to be sincere: it is
hard as an one man show, BUT I am trying to do my best (I am saying it
is hard, mainly because of my country; don't get me wrong, I love my
country, but the mentalities here are really communist regarding certain
things)

-> we can work on about everything: marketing, strategy, branding etc.
The company is virgin basically
