Worlds first photographer without a camera!

My name is Lindsay Warnes, I am a recent BFA graduate of Alfred University. This past year, my life completely changed. I moved around the world to Beijing, China in order to follow my passion and career choice: travel and teaching art. I currently teach IB visual art to grades 8, 10, 11 and 12.

Upon graduating and moving to Beijing there were many unexpected expenses that arose.

To cut to the chase: Saving and purchasing a camera for myself was at first put on the backburner but most recently, the reality of that dream has been getting colder and colder.

Being a photographer, teaching art and living one of the largest cities in the world while not owning my own camera has been rather tricky.

Why you should donate to this cause: After I am able to purchase my camera I plan to create a blog and update my current portfolio. Both which will represent my life, living and teaching abroad. Within my blog I hope to write about life here, offer suggestions and guidance to others who are interested in living abroad. Even though I know my chances of changing the world with my work is very small, I do hope to help change someones life and potentially the way they see the world.
