Work permit application

I was employed by AX group from south Africa to malta island. After a month and a half i was fired because i was not proper chef for their establishment. Had another job in Malta again, they didn't pay as agreed at the beginning. I now found a job as a pastry chef, now i have to pay for my work permit application. Get a health insurance.I only have €300 to get apartment which is not enough to get an apartment around here. The most important part is that I have to do all this before my visa expire on the 5th of June. I know its short notice but i only found out about this website today when I was offloading to a friend of mine. Your help will be highly appreciated.
