Widow Needs Help A Little Seed Money

My husband and I purchased our home and property in Oregon in 1978. At that time we started our own Excavating Co. We had a home loan with Country wide and in 2008 a variable rate kicked in. Already struggling to keep the business going we were exhausting our savings trying to keep up My mortgage went up $1,200.00 more a month. Country Wide would not modify the loan so we concerned of losing everything opted for a reverse mortgage.

No payments and used equity to pay off bills as economy in construction now at a stand still. 4 months later my healthy husband dropped dead of a brain anuresium. Now They are trying to kick me out of my home of 34 yrs. I have been struggling to survive and seems being self employed to employers means out of work force to long Not verifiable employment Really?? I have sent out probably 200 applications. Being 60 yrs old is also a deternt for employment.

I have always been involved with dog showing training ect and have a product I am trying to launch EL wire safety vests for dogs, children. and adults. They light up the night for walking, parking lots, bicycling ect.

I have orders just from walking around in the evenings with my dog I think I can make a go of this product.

I had to enlist counsel to try and save my home or I will probably be homeless in a few months. All my spare $$ I can try to make goes there and surviving. I would like some help to launch web site for product and material supplies to create more product. And any one who can help a little towards attorney fees would be appreciated.

HUD and the Reverse Mortgage Lenders are displacing elderly ages 70s and 80s out of thier homes this way.

Thier own statutes prevent them from displacing spouses, but they continue this action.

Any help you can give would be most appreciated! I have always been self sustaining and trying anything to remain so.
