What’s wrong with me?

It's very hard for me to be here on this website asking for money but I'm at the end of my rope. I live in the US and I can't afford health insurance and don't qualify for Medicaid and since I got sick I spent all the money I could on finding out the cause and had no luck😢. I saw three specialist in these past 6 months and all I found out for sure is that I have a deviated septum and don't have asthma but I don't know why i wheeze when I breathe specially in the morning and after eating. All this is taking a huge emotional toll on me but I want to keep fighting so I can be here for my daughters. The last doctor I saw told me that all there is left to do for me is take 3 test witch all together amount to 1500 dollars. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works himself to the bone to support me and our daughters and he can not afford this. Please help me get diagnosed so i can actually start feeling better.
