Alfie is a Jack Russel Cross who is 11 years old , who has just had his world plunged into complete darkness .
Our beloved Alfie has been diagnosed with diabetes and has rapidly turned blind and is in desperate need of a operation to remove his cataracts and restore his sight .
His insurance will not fund this life changing operation
Please help us bring the light back into Alfie's life and so he can enjoy his golden years
