Welfare for animals

Hello good people, I am a south African resident in the city of port elizabeth. As many in the world know the state of our country is rapidly deteriorating and animals of all kinds are baring the brunt aswell as us. So many are being dumped, neglected and thrown away, our animal welfare does a great effort to help Therese animals but as we all know food and shelter for so many animals can be a lot to take on. This welfare survives soly from donations as we get no help from our government. Please help me to make a difference, kind regards, Hanro Strydom.
