We need a financial miracle

We are the Serfonteins.

We have entered a new journey recently and we are on the road of trying to buy a place to call home.

We know it might seem strange to have a fundraiser to raise funds in order to buy a house but to be honest we really do not know what els to do...

We are desperate for a place that we can call home.

We have tried renting a place but we have been unsuccessful. Finding a place to rent in Pretoria is extremely difficult because the places either don't allow our pets or they only want single tenants. On the other hand places that would allow us to stay there are too expensive to afford (in our case it's more expensive than the monthly loan repayments for our own place)...

And that's how our journey to try and buy our own home started.

We were very excited but soon realised that we do not qualify for a full bank loan.
Don't get us wrong we are more than willing to pay the monthly fee of the loan but unfortunately even though we are willing that does not change the fact that we won't be able to get the full loan.
So the reality of our situation is that we need to have a down-payment... And being first time buyers makes this extremely difficult.

So this is where our fundraiser comes in. We are now trying to raise funds for a down-payment.
We tried to do this on our own but we can't... We really need help and a financial miracle to make buying a place to call home a reality.

This is a journey we are taking in Faith and Hope.

We know it's a lot of money... But please if you can find it in your hearts to support us it will be greatly appreciated. No matter how big or small the donation every bit will help us reach our goal and every bit will be a major blessing to us.
