Carbon Black Global LLC design/builds systems that convert waste products/streams into revenue.Our system’s modular design allows us to offer our systems to multiple industries and waste streams. The CBG system can be used to reduce municipal solid waste (up-to 90% reduction by weight and better than 90% reduction in greenhouse gas), it can be scaled for small units that can be deployed to forward operating bases for military, oil exploration, hotels, malls, or can be configured to reduce medical waste for hospitals and clinics.The systems can be scaled up to process larger waste streams – transfer stations (MSW), mining landfills, ASR (auto scrap residuals) and RDF (refuse derived fuel). The system can also be used to process biomass creating various grades of carbon, for metal manufacturing, vapor recovery, agricultural supplement, the list goes on. The process produces synthetic gas which can be utilized to heat water and/or produce steam which in-turn can be used to generate/co-generate electricity.
