Imagine being arrested for a crime you did not commit. Imagine being locked up in a prison cell for the past 25 years - serving LIFE IN PRISON. Imagine 4 walls. Imagine being an up and coming R&B entertainer pursuing his dreams in the mid-80's and reaching multiple Billboard charts with your very first hit song "My Girl". Imagine signing a multi-million dollar contract to pursue your dream, traveling the world to entertain his fans. Imagine LOOSING IT ALL and being charged for first degree murder for a crime you did not commit.

Imagine suffering with Stage 4 Throat Cancer and being chained to a hospital bed for 4 months while recovering and currently still dealing with the health issues at hand. Imagine an INNOCENT MAN having to endure this hell - no matter their race or color.

For the past 25 years and counting, Waymond has been unjustly confined inside a California Maximum Security State Prison for a crime he has always maintained he did not commit. The claim of being innocent isn't mere rhetoric, it's actually factual.

Since his unjust arrest of arson/murder of a homeless man in Los Angeles on September 18, 1993, Waymond hasn't ceased from working on proving his innocence and those efforts by the former entertainer/producer dating back to the year 2000 finally paid off when they led him to uncover new evidence placing him in Jackson, MS on the day the murder occurred

* an airline ticket and receipts placing him in Jackson, MS on September 18, 1993

*several statements signed by alibi witnesses Bishop Phillip Coleman, Sr. and his son Emmanuel Coleman stating he was visiting the Bishop at his home, house hunting with his son, Emmanuel, attending Waymond's sister birthday party and attending two church services at the Bishop's church all between September 18-19, 1993.

All of this evidence was deemed hearsay.

For the first time, Waymond himself can be heard on audio describing in his own words why he's been denied justice by the justice system even with evidence placing him in another state. Also, he will reveal a “bombshell” he's uncovered in his case that proves he was railroaded as part of a larger cover-up at the hands of authorities in Los Angeles County that has been entrusted with overseeing the county's justice system.

Not only is Waymond fighting for his freedom, he is fighting for his life as he was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Throat Cancer. He has endured 9 rounds of chemotherapy and 10 weeks of radiation. The last pet scan has showed the cancer is now in two of his lymph nodes on the right side of his neck. Sooner than later he will need to have more surgery to have these removed and further treatments – these procedures he prays will be done outside prison walls. Having cancer in prison has been one of the hardest times of his entire life.

It's Waymond's hope and prayer that after he's been heard in his own words, the new evidence proving his innocence and a cover-up in his case will be viewed on social media by the masses and those with a heart will hear his cry and aid him with the resources needed to properly defend himself against a corrupt justice system with access to unlimited resources at their disposal to destroy innocent lives.

There isn't any amount too large or small an individual can contribute to aid Waymond. No matter if it's only a dollar or two, because the accumulation of many dollars by several individuals will help provide Waymond with enough resources to finally be able to obtain his freedom and expose the true facts of the injustice he has been enduring for far too long. These funds will be used strictly for all legal aid.

Waymond himself thanks everyone in advance for their time as well as for any help to him they may provide to him. The entertainer is also asking for everyone to speak out about his injustice to as many people as possible. He also asks you to call the courts, reach out to local Los Angeles political leaders to complain about the injustice he's been enduring now for far too long.

Thank you and God Bless everyone and thank you for your prayers, support and donation.
