Washington School’s Trip to NYC

New York - the liveliest and most exciting city in the world - offers our English students a unique opportunity to experience their subject at the acknowledged global centre of theatre, art, media, business and entertainment.   Washington School is planning to take 20 students to New York City in June 2015 to experience Broadway shows, take part in acting workshops, visit famous landmarks and more. For students to get the most out of their abilities, they sometimes have to leave the boundaries of the classroom and experience a wide range of challenges and activities that go above and beyond what they usually learn. Our trip to New York will help to broaden their horizons and teach new skills, improve their team-building skills, build self confidence, and even conquer their fears!   We are looking for donations to help give our students this amazing, once in a lifetime experience.
