Want to provide hope for a new beginning

I have experienced the other side of live. I have seen how circumstances are of such a nature that people often grab the first (and so often the wrong) opportunity to be accepted and "loved". This soon leads to a downward spiraling road to nowhere. (Well....sometimes to prison or death)

I want to start a project that will help ex-offenders with no previous business experience / education. They will undergo basic entrepreneurial and computer literacy training. After completion they will be mentored still for a two year period to ensure they have the support needed to get up and running. To get this project going I am turning to you, the reader to help make a chance in someone's life. You might say "they deserve what they get....". But I tell you, if you have not seen the other side of the coin, you will never understand.

We will not only need cash funding, but also 5 laptops (as it is easier and more mobile and saves space), office equipment and a premises to operate from. The idea is to rent a house maybe in Kraaifontein, Western Cape. As it is fairly central to the correctional centers in the Cape. As a donor you will receive regular feedback and welcome to visit us.
