Campaign Story
Hi there, my name is Leonie & for the past 4 years I have been fundraising & telling people how important women are & how through providing them with the confidance & skill to set up small businesses we can change the world so when I saw GVN offer the chance to help women do just that I jumped at the chance! Did you know that when a women gets an income she will put 75-85% towards her family & community whereas a man will only pu 30-45% towards his family & community. That's a massive gap & the sad fact is we are not currently investing in our women & I think it's about bloody time we do.
I currently need 2000 pounds to help empower women & change the way women are loked at in developing nations & I need your help. I know it's a lot to ask but every little helps whether you can supply 5 pounds or 100 pounds please give what you can.
