Volunteering in Ghana

I will be working with the Reverend who is also the founder for the Gods Glory Children Foundation, it is such a great orgnisation and I hope to travel into Ghana and support the school, children and the new organisation called the Precious Living Foundation.

This organisation are there to help children who have been either let alone to work as hard labourers, victims of domestic violence, orphans, children on the streets and for children who are in general unable to access education. As you can appreciate this is all very serious and unfair for the children! I strongly believe that no child should have to suffer or live in poor conditions in this day and age. I will go to Ghana and continue to provide the organisation with my administration skills, teaching skills (to teach English) and to donate various learning goods such as books, pens, pencils, childrens clothes etc. 

I am currently proof reading over different documents to be published on the charities website to hopefully get more volunteers from across to the globe to come along and help! 

My main problem stopping me from going to Ghana now is money, I am saving as much as I can from working full time as a Business apprentice with a Law College... however as you can appreciate the recession is in the U.K and saving lumpt sums of money isn't an easy task.
