My name is Hayley Green and I am a first year university student trying to raise funding to go abroad to help build, educate, and rehabilitate the locals and their wildlife. The trips are at the beginning of May and at the end of July in 2016. I have been accepted on to the Volunteer Eco Students Abroad Program as well as the Reach Out Volunteers Program and will be travelling to Fiji and Africa to take part in many programs to help impoverished local communities.
In sponsoring me, you will be assisting with the costs involved in participating in the program. These costs include hiring local skilled trades people to supervise and assist in the building projects, and building materials and donations to local organizations. Whilst VESA is a volunteer organization, it is not a registered charity so donations will not be tax deductible.
A little more about Fiji:
I will be working with the local villagers building rain water catchment tanks to gain access to fresh, clean and running water, as well as, helping out in the local schools teaching English and restoring the school equipment and buildings.
A little more about Africa:
This volunteer project provides safety, security, shelter, hygiene and food to the children living in these impoverished South-African communities.
Any donations are appreciated!
Hope you all have a wonderful day and thank you for taking your time to check out the campaign!
