Vegan cheesecake and cookies business start up

I have a passion for baking, sharing and selling my healthy vegan and non-dairy alternatives with people in the area of Lakewood Tacoma WA! It all started when I decided to change my diet because of health issues about a year ago, I had a history of high blood pressure and I was considered overweight for my height and size from my doctor. Experimenting with vegan alternatives I started to notice a change in my overall health and it was all positive. During my journey my fiancé and I unlocked a series of local vegan restaurants we have never knew exist. With the new experience of local vegan food, along with good breakfast lunch and dinner, we also grew a sweet tooth from time to time, doing a little bit of research we found some good vegan and non dairy desserts, but we wanted to put our own spin on things. Once I critiqued my recipe and and my friends and family kept asking for more, I decided that everyone should also have a piece of the experience! Im looking to open a business in the local area. I am currently using Facebook marketplace to do sales here and there, but I ultimately want people to be able to come on in and enjoy a vegan friendly bakery!
