I, Eulenda Nonhlanhla Banda I gave birth to my son who is the third child, Holly Akwandokuhle Siyanda was diagnosed with a condition called cleft lip which also affected his upper gums and part of his nose.My family consists of 11 members. With growing children, aging parents and siblings, I find it difficult making both ends meet. Under these circumstances, I earnestly request your goodselvesto assist me with financial support.With lots of hope, I am writing this to seek financial support from you, to raise R90 000 for the next 40 days. I would be thankful if you would contribute to my son’s surgery and help him gain his confidence and save him from bullying before entering the real world which will be when he joins the schooling system.
