URGENT – Please help Kyle get adequate cancer treatment

Hello, my 6-year old nephew, Kyle, has been suffering from multiple myeloma, a rare form of bone cancer, for the past one year. Kyle is one of the most beautiful, sensitive, and funny kid to have around. More importantly, he is a fighter. Unfortunately, mid-last year, he started experiencing extreme fatigue, anemia and unusual bone pains. After a few tests such as bone marrow biopsy and medical imaging, he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma.

Treatment: After the diagnosis, Kyle started treatment immediately. However, the oncologist has recommended ASCT – (autologous hematopoietic stem-cell transplant) which would prolong overall survival and complete remission. However, the costs associated with ASCT or stem-cell transplant, maintenance, and the required drugs are too high for my sister and her husband. Last month, they had to sell their car and move to a smaller house just to enable them afford for the chemotherapy pills for this month. He also needs medicines to prevent thickening of the blood which may damage his kidneys and manage pain.

I believe that together we can help Kyle get the required treatment and overcome this unfair battle. I humbly request your assistance so that Kyle can restore some normalcy in his life and any financial support and donation will go a long way in helping this family.
