Urgent IVDD surgery for my dachshund dog

Hello, my name is Tony and my family has a handsome 8 years old dachshund named Chocolate. He is a super friendly dog who can get along with everyone, my boy loves to go on hiking and sunbathing. Recently he is lacking strength and doesn't want to walk at all. We visited the vet and had an X-ray scan, unfortunately, he was diagnosed with an intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), which causes him pain when he walks.

The doctor said surgery should be expected to make full recovery but it will cost around HKD 25,000. My family is having financial difficulty and I am a part-time student so we couldn't afford the surgery. This is why I asking for your help. Chocolate will walk freely again with your donation.
