Urgent bone marrow transplant for father of 2 sons

Leonid Leonidovich Dobrovolsky 39 years old, currently in Simferopol Crimean Republican Oncological Clinical Dispensary needs emergency funds in order to secure a timely bone marrow transplant.

Earlier this year he was diagnosed with acute myeloblastic leukemia.

Leonid is a proud hard working father of two young sons. His will to live and take care of his family is very solid and he will be forever grateful to the kind souls who will understand the dilemma and raise to the occasion. God bless them!

He is under the care of Ilyasov Ridvan Kazimovich Head of the Hematology department.

The bone marrow transplant will be performed either in St Petersburg or Moscow and will be scheduled after the necessary funds are gathered.

The immediate family consists of his wife, Dobrovolskaya Oksana Viktorovna (she works as a manager for the sale of fish products) and two young sons (Danil 16 years old studying in the 10th grade and Nikita 5 years old attending kindergarten. Sizenkova Valentina Mitrofanovna (Oksana's mother) is a non working retiree living with them.

They have pulled together all their resources but are still short of $ 5000 in order to schedule the transplant.

The general prognosis for complete recovery is good as long as the transplant takes place soon.
