Urgent Auto Repairs

As my friends and family all know, I have been afflicted with M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis).  Because of this I had to retire and now live on a very limited income on SS Disability, which does not allow for extras in the way of car repairs, medical bills, appliance repairs or replacement, etc.  Consequently I find myself falling further and further behind financially and deeper in debt to the point where I am at my credit limit, and cannot obtain any further credit.  My car currently needs repairs that I have no way of paying for so I've decided to put my pride aside to see if there's any help out there for me.
