Memphis deserves a cupcake truck, yes you read that right I want to bring a Cupcake Food Truck to the city but I do need a little help. I have found the perfect truck but sadly the dealership does not allow payments. So in order to make my next dream come true I do need a little help. Once the truck is secure the only things that will be needed for the truck is of course painting , shelves and a giant cupcake on top but I will handle those things once the truck has been secured. I know this is a big next step as a restaurateur
but there are too many people supporting me for me to fail. So if it is within your means please consider donating so Memphis can have a pink cupcake truck driving around the city.

Oh, and did you know that it’s all vegan? You’d never guess, but yep -- every cupcake on the menu is! I went vegan in 2013 and since then, I have devoted my career to making cruelty and allergen free dishes available and affordable to Memphians. During my 1st year in business I made a name for herself by being listed in numerous food lists, news articles, having my cupcakes in two local grocery stores, winning numerous awards and even gracing the cover of the October issue of Memphis Magazine.

I love nothing more than to support other fierce women in business. I host a weekly women’s event called Cupcake, Cursing and Cocktails at the Cupcakery, teach cooking classes, speaking engagements at schools and do everything I can to cultivate a supportive, collaborative network of entrepreneurial bosschicks in Memphis.
