Unlucky car, can’t afford new one

Hi to all good people. I am 24 years old from Bosnia and Herzegovina where things are everything but perfect. I have a wife and two children and still unsolved living space, which means i still live in my father's house with my wife and two children. As it was not enough we're both unemployed curently and are also trying to do something about our space for living as it is tight to live in one house for three families if I include my two brothers. Unemployment rate here is around 45%, and it really is a problem to earn for some base things let alone to be able to save some huge sums. But main issue probably, for me is my car. I got it two years ago. Alfa romeo 147, 2002g. I was very unlucky with it, it was paid around 2000€ but since then i gave around 1500€ on repairs, and it still is not good, some problem every now and then... I travel a lot as I am trying to earn some money buying and selling things around the country, those trips are becoming to much for my Alfa, and i really can not afford something decent. So there i thought you guys could help me, on wich I would be extremly gratefull. I was thinking about something worth around 5000€ if we're able to raise that much, would possibly be a decent car.
