university tuition

I am a university student studying towards a BSc in Life earth sciences (Genetics and Cell biology) who has not been able to pay off her tuition for two and a half years, this has been due to financial difficulties which are faced at home. I am also having difficulty registering for this year (2018) but hopefully by the end of February everything will be sorted out. I will be finished with my degree in June, but I will not be able to attend my graduation in September or receive my degree completion letter if my fees are not payed. I ask of you to lend a helping hand in my time of need and will be eternally grateful.
