Türkiye Earthquake Relief 2023

A 7.8 magnitude quake near Gaziantep, Türkiye, hit in the early hours of Monday (06/02/2023) while people were asleep. A 7.5-magnitude tremor then hit nearby several hours later, causing further damage to a region that was already badly shaken. Death toll as of 0900 hours on Tuesday has reached 4300 and expected to rise. More than 6000 buildings have collapsed leaving people without their homes.
