TULONG PARA SA SEAFARERS

Hi, everyone here in the Philippines and abroad. I am appealing to you in behalf of Marino Defenders Group Inc, to help provide assistance to Filipino seafarers who were displaced amidst this corona virus scare, most are cancelled joiners crew from their vacation since 2019. which affected almost all countries around the globe. About 1,000 approximately seafarers (members and non-members) have been troubled where to get money to support their families. Their savings have been used up and the are succumbed with uncertainties as to when will this end? We need to help them provide for their families food and immediate financial assistance for their children’s education and/or medication for at least while they are temporarily unemployed. This COVID-19 came to all of us as a surprise more so for these heads of the family and breadwinners. Help us bring back hopes to them by assuring that there are good-hearted souls who are willing to help assist them in any way we can. These brave men and women in the sea also helped us with our noble acts by assisting those in need, seafarers or not, particularly those hit by typhoon Ursula, earthquake in Mindano and even in recent Taal Volcano eruption. This time, they are in need.

Let us help them as they helped accelerate our economy. Helping them means strengthening the overall economy of our country. I have attached our legal documents for your reference.
