Trying to raise money to continue studying

I won't lie, I am raising fund for my partner's tuition fee. He always wanted to be in media production and his parents never supported his career choice. We tried our best to convince them but they won't. We have been working very hard for past year and a half now and have only been able to collect 15000 for his course. We are supposed to pay rest 12000 as soon as possible or else there would be circumstances and our hard work would go in vain. We asked money from his parents but they bluntly refused to help. Please help us.
