Trying to do right

Me and my kids and grandmother was forced out of our home because The state sold the property I have two kids my son is 14 and my daughter is 12 and I also take care of my 102 grandmother as of right now me and my kids are living with family and I had to place my grandma in a nursing homes I am a convicted felon of a drug charge I can not get food stamps or any type of government assistance I work at odd jobs in the neighborhood for money washing cars raking leaves etc.... I do not have any translation I ride the City bus to get around I am not on any kind of probation or early release program I have been out of jail for about a year I am doing everything I know how to stay out of jail and trouble I am trying to raise money for for me an my kids and grandma and as all this is going on DHS has contacted me to let me know my kids have to be in separate rooms and my grandmother has to be in a room by herself because of Medicaid give her a hospital bed in the things that she needs and the room that she needs because of a home health care nurses to come and do there jobDHS SAID if I intend on having them in the house with me I have to have at least a 4 bed room me and my kids and grandma has lost a lot I the LAST FEW months my kids do have clothes to put on I have to wash them out for school on my hands Monday through Friday I have to get the kids up and get on the bus or we will have to walk because the school is not in this District and if they found out about I'll have to come up with a lease and and proof of residence and take them out of school and registered in The Right School District and all that's so please help me and my family raise to money for a place to stay,school clothes,.and transportation
