Trying to Buy our own Home

In this project I am trying to raise enough money to finally buy a home for both me and my mom. She currently cannot work due to medical reasons and i find it hard to find a reasonably paid job as i am still in education. It's not financially easy and i just feel that something had to be done. Currently we're renting but recently money has been getting 'tight'. life would be so much easier (and better) if we had our own house to call home without worrying about rental bills.
