PLEASE HELP

Hello, I'm a 31-year-old trying to get my life back together. I'm trying to raise enough to be able to move into a suitable housing situation and get back on my feet. I'm trying to get enough saved up to be able to get a place that my kids would be able to come and visit me at since currently that is not an option. I am a hard-working father just trying to get life back on track. And with the covid-19 crisis it has been very difficult to maintain a full-time employment and I'm falling behind on my bills, child support, insurance etc. And trying to provide for my children and day-to-day life has proven to be very difficult.
